What We Learned This Year About Podcasting – Ep 25, The Writers’ Podcast

Podcasting (much like novel writing) sounds a lot easier than it is. Over the course of our first twenty-four episodes, we discovered quite a few interesting lessons. And as it turns out many of those lessons were similar to the things every author learns about book writing. So as we prepare for our holiday break, we are finishing off the year with a rundown of our podcast experience.

  1. Well as someone who has been watching/listening from the start I can see the improvements. The best part is you guys have chemistry so it helps no matter what you are talking about. I can’t wait to be here for your 1000th video.

  2. I agree with Brandon. You two have learned a lot and it shows! I also love that it’s an ongoing balance to find out what combination of drinks, shots, and water will work for each podcast. Keep researching.

I’m bummed that other guests don’t share with their followers, because I just can’t imagine that. When you do something fun and exciting, why wouldn’t you share it with as many people as possible?

  3. I think you guys have had a great year providing writers with beneficial (and much needed) information, resources, and advice, delivered in a great common sense approach. Looking forward to more in 2018.

Best wishes to you and yours for the most joyous of holidays! Merry Christmas! 🙂
